The short version of how booking a session with Ben works.
Booking is a request
Submitting the booking form sends Ben a request for a session — it is not a confirmed appointment until Ben confirms it with you directly by email or text. Ben will confirm the location with you at that time. If a requested time isn’t available, Ben will suggest another.
Rates
Rates are listed on the site and are shown again before you submit a request. Ben may update rates from time to time; the rate that applies is the one shown when your session is confirmed.
Payment
Payment is handled directly with Ben, or online through Stripe where that option is offered. Memberships cover the number of training hours stated for the month purchased and don’t roll over unless Ben agrees otherwise.
Cancellations and no-shows
- Please give as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or move a session.
- Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full.
- If Ben has to cancel, you’ll be offered a new time or a full refund of anything paid for that session.
- Outdoor field sessions depend on weather and will be rescheduled if conditions aren’t safe.
Safety and participation
Baseball training is physical. By booking, you confirm the player is healthy enough to participate and will follow Ben’s instructions during the session. Players under 18 must be booked by, and are the responsibility of, a parent or guardian, who should tell Ben about any injury or medical condition that matters. Ben may ask you to sign a separate waiver before the first session.
Conduct
Ben reserves the right to end a session, or decline future bookings, for unsafe or disrespectful behavior by a player or anyone accompanying them.
Photos and video
Ben may record short clips during a session to review technique with the player. He will not post a player’s photo or video publicly without permission from the player or their guardian.
